摘  要:古龙页岩油水平井钻井因井壁失稳而造成的扩径问题十分严重,导致沉砂卡钻事故频发,因此研究扩径段的岩屑运移和沉积规律对减少井下事故发生率具有指导意义。应用CFD数值模拟方法分析了扩径程度、排量、机械钻速及钻杆转速对扩径段岩屑运移的影响规律。研究结果表明:扩径段岩屑沉积量远高于常规井段,扩径程度越大,两者沉积量差值越大;当扩径率为45%时,扩径段入口处截面无因次岩屑床面积比常规井段高出2倍以上;提高排量对扩径段的清洁效果提升较小,当排量从40 L/s增加到45 L/s时,常规井段的无因次岩屑床面积减小量是扩径段的2.49倍;提高机械钻速,扩径段岩屑沉积增幅较常规井段更大,当机械钻速从30 m/h增加到35 m/h时,扩径井段的无因次岩屑床面积增量是常规井段的7.09倍;提高钻杆旋转速度有利于扩径段清洁效果的提升,对常规段清洁效果的提升优于扩径段。研究结论可为提升钻井过程中井眼清洁程度提供一定的指导。In Gulong shale oil reservoir,the borehole enlargement problem of horizontal well resulted from wellbore instability is very severe,and sand settling and sticking accidents frequently occur.A research on the cuttings migration and settling in the borehole enlargement section will be instructive for reducing the probability of downhole accidents.The CFD numerical simulation method was used to analyze the influences of hole enlargement degree,pump rate,ROP and drill pipe rotation speed on the cuttings migration in hole enlargement section.The results show that cuttings settled in the hole enlargement section are more than those in conventional hole section,and the greater the borehole enlargement degree,the greater the difference between them.When the borehole enlargement rate is 45%,the dimensionless cuttings bed area at the entrance of the borehole enlargement section is more than twice that of the conventional borehole section,and the increase of pump rate has little influence on the cleaning effect of the borehole enlargement section.When the pump rate increases from 40 L/s to 45 L/s,the decrease of dimensionless cuttings bed area of the conventional borehole section is 2.49 times that of the borehole enlargement section.Increase of ROP leads to a greater increase in cuttings settled in the borehole enlargement section than in the conventional borehole section.When the ROP increases from 30 m/h to 35 m/h,the increment in the dimensionless cuttings bed area of the borehole enlargement section is 7.09 times that of the conventional borehole section.The increase of the drill pipe rotation speed is conducive to improving the cleaning effect of the borehole enlargement section,but a better effect is observed in the conventional borehole section.The research findings provide reference for impraing borehole deaning in drilling.
