摘  要:为了进一步增强贴堵修复技术的应用效果,提高窄间隙固井顶替效率,考虑窄间隙井井身结构及轴向驱动力和周向驱动力对顶替界面的复合影响,建立了环空顶替界面长度计算模型;考虑被顶替液在环空内的滞留以及流体壁面剪切应力对被顶替液的作用,建立了顶替过程中截面顶替效率计算模型;基于数值计算方法,对不同贴堵管居中度、井斜角、水泥浆密度、水泥浆排量及流性指数下固井顶替界面形态进行仿真模拟。模拟结果表明:当井斜角大于60°时,居中度对固井顶替质量的影响较大,适当降低贴堵管居中度有利于减小顶替界面长度,使固封段顶替界面平缓,有利于减少固封段内水的滞留;注入水泥浆密度越大,固井顶替效果越好;随着水泥浆注入量的增加,固井顶替界面长度逐渐增大,固封段内更易滞留水造成固井质量不佳。研究成果可为窄间隙固井作业提供理论支撑。In order to further improve the application performance of the patching-plugging repair technology and the displacement efficiency of narrow-annulus cementing,a calculation model was built for the annulus displacement interface length,which considers the joint effects of casing program,axial driving force and circumferential driving force on the displacement interface in the wellbore with narrow annulus.Moreover,a model for calculating the cross-sectional displacement efficiency in displacement process was established,which accounts for the displaced liquid trapped in the annulus and the impact of fluid wall shear stress on the displaced fluid.Numerical simulation was performed to illustrate the variation of cementing displacement interface geometry with the patching-plugging pipe concentricity,wellbore inclination,cement slurry density,pump rate and fluidity index.The results show that the patching-plugging pipe concentricity has a great impact on the quality of cementing displacement when the wellbore inclination is greater than 60°.Appropriately reducing the patching-plugging pipe concentricity helps to reduce the length of the displacement interface,so that a gentle displacement interface can be maintained in the cementing section to reduce the water trapped in the section.The greater the density of the injected cement slurry is,the higher the cementing displacement performance is.With the increasing injection of cement slurry,the length of the cementing displacement interface increases gradually,making it more likely to trap water in the cementing section and thus causing poor cementing quality.The research findings provide theoretical support for narrow-annulus cementing operations.
