摘  要:海上油气田在进行老旧采油树改造、更换和维修时,需要实施临时封井作业。目前普遍采用的临时封井方法是RTTS封隔器+风暴阀封井,但其存在封井效果差、封井失效的风险。为此研制了一种新型的临时封井工具。该工具主要由液压坐封封隔器+可开关球阀、封隔器坐封工具+球阀开关工具、回收工具3部分构成,采用液压方式进行封井管柱的坐封,利用液压驱动或机械脱手,上提管柱实现解封、回收工具。室内试验和现场应用结果表明:该新型临时封井工具可以有效封闭油管、套管环空,坐封、解封、回收安全可靠,克服了传统封井方法受限于修井管柱重力坐封,无法坐封浅井段、存在井控和环保风险等诸多不足。研究结果可为海上油气井临时封井提供新方案和试验数据。With the development of offshore oil and gas fields,many oil and gas wells enter the later stages of production,inevitably requiring workover operations.Particularly during the refurbishment,replacement,and maintenance of aging Christmas trees,temporary wellbore sealing operations become necessary.The conventional approach for temporary wellbore sealing involves using an RTTS packer along with a storm valve.However,this method has limitations,such as poor sealing effectiveness and the risk of seal failure.In response to these challenges,a novel type of temporary wellbore sealing tool was innovatively developed.This new tool consists of three main components:a hydraulic setting packer+a switchable ball valve,packer setting tools+ball valve switching tools,and retrieving tools.The new wellbore sealing tool employs hydraulic mechanisms to set the packer in the wellbore and uses hydraulic or mechanical methods to release and retrieve the downhole tools.Results from indoor testing and field applications show that this novel temporary wellbore sealing tool can effectively seal the annular spaces between the production tubing and casing.It provides reliable wellbore sealing,opening,and retrieval,overcoming the limitations of traditional methods,which are constrained by gravity-dependent packer setting in workover operations.This innovation addresses issues associated with sealing shallow well sections and minimizes the risks associated with well control and environmental concerns.This research offers a new solution and experimental data for temporary wellbore sealing in offshore oil and gas wells.
