摘  要:为了加快堡古2储气库建设,确保少井高效建库,提高特深井高温水泥挤封施工成功率和封堵有效率,降低施工风险,研究了集坐封、丢手、带压挤注、防返吐、带压候凝于一体的特深井高温封堵工艺及配套工具,并以此形成了冀东油田储气库特深井高温水泥挤封工艺技术。配套工具中,高温高压封隔器设计了挤水泥防返吐装置,带压挤注泄压后可自动关闭,防止水泥返吐,有效预防水泥凝固挤注管柱等事故发生;插管总成与封隔器之间采用耐磨防腐、耐高温高压的组合密封装置,密封安全可靠。该技术在冀东油田储气库井应用8井次,挤水泥插管封隔器入井、坐封坐卡、丢手、打开挤注通道、验封、水泥挤注封堵、带压候凝及防返吐等工序均取得了成功,验封合格率100%,施工成功率100%,满足特深井高温封堵工艺需求。研究成果不仅提高了冀东油田的开发效益,也为弃置井、长停井封堵及天然气驱井的处置提供了借鉴。In order to accelerate the construction of Pugu-2 gas storage,ensure efficient storage construction with fewer wells,improve the success rate and sealing efficiency of high-temperature cement squeeze operations,and reduce construction risks,a comprehensive wellbore sealing process integrating setting,tool dropping,pressure-bearing cement squeezing,anti-backflow,and pressure-bearing curing,as well as associated tools was studied for ultra-deep wells,thus forming the high-temperature cement squeezing and sealing technology for ultra-deep wells in gas storage in Jidong Oilfield.Among the supporting tools,the high-temperature and high-pressure packer is designed with an anti-backflow device for the cement squeezing,which automatically closes after pressure relief to prevent cement from returning and to effectively prevent accidents such as squeezing pipe strings after cement setting.Additionally,a wear-resistant,anti-corrosion,high-temperature,and high-pressure combination sealing device is installed between the locator seal assembly and the packer,ensuring secure and reliable sealing.This technology has been applied in eight wells in the gas storage facilities in Jidong Oilfield,and all steps,including running insert-type packer for cement squeezing,setting and sealing,tool dropping,opening the squeezing channel,sealing check,cement squeezing sealing,pressure-bearing curing,anti-backflow operations,were all completed successfully,with a passing rate of 100%and a success rate of 100%,which meet the requirements of high-temperature sealing technology for ultra-deep wells.The research findings help improve the development efficiency of Jidong Oilfield,and provide a reference for the disposal of abandoned wells,long shut-in wells,and natural gas flooding wells.
