摘 要:目前,国内外对割缝筛管完井方式下暂堵酸化压裂工艺研究不足。为此,通过割缝筛管暂堵剂通过性室内试验与地面试验相结合的方案,评价了顺北油田酸压常用暂堵剂配方通过不同规格割缝筛管的可行性。基于割缝筛管表皮系数计算模型,形成了暂堵酸压参数优选方案,得到了满足暂堵酸压的割缝筛管阻塞系数。研究结果表明:顺北常用暂堵剂配方通过割缝筛管的临界缝宽值为3 mm;当阻塞系数大于6.1时,割缝堵塞程度较严重,暂堵剂无法通过;阻塞系数小于6.1时,暂堵剂通过性良好;低于临界值所对应的缝宽和暂堵剂质量分数可作为暂堵酸压的参数优选方案。研究结论对顺北区块完井方式优化,降低暂堵酸压风险,保障后期储层改造的顺利进行具有重要指导意义。At present,there is insufficient research on the temporary blocking acid fracturing technology under the slotted liner completion mode both at home and abroad.Therefore,by means of a combination of laboratory and ground tests on passability of slotted liner temporary blocking agent,the feasibility for the temporary blocking agent commonly used in acid fracturing of the Shunbei block to pass through different specifications of slotted liners was evaluated;based on the calculation model of skin factor of slotted liner,a temporary blocking acid fracturing parameter optimization scheme was formed,and the critical skin factor that meets the requirements of temporary blocking acid fracturing was obtained.The research results show that the critical slot width for the temporary blocking agent commonly used in the Shunbei block to pass through the slotted liner is 3 mm.When the blockage coefficient is greater than 6.1,the slot blocking degree is large,and the temporary blocking agent cannot pass through.When the blockage coefficient is less than 6.1,the temporary blocking agent has good passability.The slot width and temporary blocking agent concentration lower than the critical value can be used as parameter optimization scheme of temporary blocking acid fracturing.The research conclusions have important guiding significance for the optimization of completion mode,reduction of temporary blocking acid fracturing risk and guarantee of successful performing of reservoir reconstruction in the later stage in the Shunbei block.
