针刺配合艾灸隐白、水泉穴治疗无症状镜下血尿临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析针刺配合艾灸隐白、水泉穴治疗无症状镜下血尿临床疗效。方法 随机选取2022年1—12月安溪县中医院收治的90例无症状镜下血尿患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为常规组和研究组,每组45例。常规组接受常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上接受针刺配合艾灸隐白、水泉穴治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状改善情况、尿隐血阳性率及尿红细胞计数。结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率为88.89%,高于常规组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组尿隐血阳性率及尿红细胞计数均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组腰脊酸痛、倦怠乏力、口渴以及小便黄赤灼热评分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针刺配合艾灸隐白、水泉穴治疗无症状镜下血尿临床疗效满意,且无明显不良反应发生。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture together with moxibustion at Yinbai and Shui-quan points in the treatment of asymptomatic microscopic hematuria.Methods 90 patients with asymptomatic micro-scopic hematuria admitted to Anxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects and were divided into conventional group and study group based on ran-domized table method,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional treatment,and the study group received acupuncture with moxibustion at Yinbai and Shuiquan points on the basis of conventional treat-ment.The clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,positive rate of urinary occult blood and urine erythro-cyte count were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 88.89%,which was higher than 71.11%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of urinary occult blood and urine erythrocyte count of the study group were lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of lumbar spine pain,tiredness,fatigue,thirst,and yellow,red,burning urine in the study group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupuncture coupled with moxibustion at Yinbai and Shuiquan points in the treatment of as-ymptomatic microscopic hematuria is satisfactory,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred.
