胃肠镜下高频电凝电切术治疗消化道息肉的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析胃肠镜下高频电凝电切术治疗消化道息肉患者的临床效果。方法 方便选取2019年4月—2020年6月福建医科大学附属龙岩市第一医院收治的400例消化道息肉患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各200例,分别给予黏膜切除、胃肠镜下高频电凝电切术。对比两组手术指标、治疗效果、疼痛程度、并发症发生率。结果 观察组手术指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.530,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的6.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.976,P<0.05)。结论 临床在治疗消化道息肉患者时,给予无痛胃肠镜下电凝电切术有较好的治疗效果,可有效缩短患者术后的恢复时间,且并发症的发生率较低,预后效果较好,促进患者机体的康复。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of gastroenteroscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation and elec-trosurgery in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal polyps.Methods 400 patients with gastrointestinal polyps admitted to the First Hospital of Longyan City affiliated to Fujian Medical University from April 2019 to June 2020 were conveniently selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,each with 200 cases,and who were given mucous membrane re-section and high-frequency coagulation and electrodesiccation under gastroenteroscopy,respectively.Compared surgi-cal indexes,therapeutic efficacy,pain level,complication rate,and treatment satisfaction between the two groups.Re-sults The surgical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 90.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.530,P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 6.50%of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.976,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of gastrointestinal polyps,electrocoagulation and electroresection under painless gastroenteroscopy has a good therapeutic effect,which can ef-fectively shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients,and the incidence of complications is lower,the prognosis is better,and promote the recovery of the patients body.
