摘　　要：目的 探讨“聚焦解决模式”护理在慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者干预中对其依从性的影响研究。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年12月100例在龙岩市第二医院接受治疗的慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者,根据护理方式的不同分为两组,即对照组(n=50例,常规护理)和观察组(n=50例,“聚焦解决模式”护理)。比较两组护理依从性、患者满意度、心理状态以及生活质量。结果 研究组护理依从性为96.00%,较对照组的82.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05)。研究组总满意度为96.00%,较对照组的84.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。护理后观察组心理状态评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组生活质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “聚焦解决模式”护理在慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者中具有积极意义,提升治疗依从性,改善心理状态,增加患者满意度与生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of“focused solution mode”nursing on the compliance of patients with chronic viral hepatitis C.Methods 100 patients with chronic viral hepatitis C who received treatment in Longyan Second Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups,according to different nursing methods,control group(n=50 cases,routine nursing)and study group(n=50 cases,“focused solution mode”nursing).Nursing compliance,patient satisfaction,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing compliance in the study group was 96.00%,higher than 82.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the study group was 96.00%,higher than 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).The psychological state scores of the study group were better than those of the control group after nursing,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All scores of the quality of life in the study group were higher than those of the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Focused solution mode”nursing has positive significance in chronic viral hepatitis C patients,improving treatment compliance,improving psychological state,increasing patient satisfaction and quality of life.
