摘  要:目的 探讨围术期三步护理在结肠癌手术患者中的应用效果及对营养状态和手术耐受性的影响。方法方便选择2021年4月—2023年5月广东省农垦中心医院普通外科收治的61例结肠癌患者,按时间点分为两组,对照组(2021年4月—2022年5月,35例)采用常规方法护理,观察组(2022年6月—2023年5月,26例)联合围术期三步护理。比较两组营养状态评分、不良事件及手术耐受情况。结果 干预7 d后,两组营养状态评分均得到改善,且观察组各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组手术耐受性中优良率为96.15%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.546,P<0.05)。结论 围术期三步护理用于结直肠癌手术患者中,有助于改善患者术后营养状态,术后不良事件发生率较低,有助于提高手术耐受优良率。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative three-step nursing in patients with colon cancer surgery and its influence on nutritional status and operation tolerance.Methods A total of 61 patients with colon cancer admitted to the General Surgery Department of Guangdong Province Nongken Central Hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to time point.The control group(from April 2021 to May 2022,35 cases)received conventional nursing methods,and the observation group(from June 2022 to May 2023,26 cases)combined with perioperative three-step nursing.Nutritional status scores,adverse events and operation tolerance were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 d of intervention,the nutritional status scores of both groups were improved,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the average excellence rate of operation tolerance in the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than that in the control group(82.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.546,P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative three-step nursing in patients with colorectal cancer surgery is helpful to improve the nutritional status of patients after surgery,the incidence of postoperative adverse events is low,and it is helpful to improve the rate of excellent and good operation tolerance.
