家庭护理干预在髋关节置换术后康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析髋关节置换术后应用家庭护理干预对患者康复效果的影响。方法 方便选取2021年9月—2022年12月滨州市中心医院骨关节外科收治的78例患者作为研究对象,均行髋关节置换术治疗,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组在术后应用常规护理干预;观察组在术后应用家庭护理干预。比较两组髋关节功能评分、日常生活能力评分、下肢运动功能评分、髋关节功能优良率。结果 髋关节功能评分对照结果显示,观察组干预后关节功能评分、关节疼痛评分、关节活动评分、关节畸形评分结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后日常生活能力评分、下肢运动功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组髋关节功能优良率94.87%高于对照组79.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P=0.042)。结论 通过开展家庭护理干预,有助于将髋关节置换术后患者的康复效果显著提升,该方法可以使其髋关节功能评分更高,同时患者日常生活能力更强,下肢运动功能更好,其具有更高的髋关节功能优良率。Objective To analyze the influence of home nursing intervention on patients'rehabilitation effect after hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 78 patients admitted to the Department of Bone and Joint Surgery of Binzhou Central Hospital from September 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,all of whom under-went hip replacement.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention after operation.In the observation group,home nursing intervention was applied after surgery.The hip function score,daily living ability score,lower limb motor function score and hip function excellent and good rate between the two groups were compared.Results Hip function score control results showed that the joint function score,joint pain score,joint activity score and joint deformity score of observation group were higher than those of control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of daily living ability and lower limb motor function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of good hip function of 94.87%in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(79.49%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P=0.042).Conclusion By carrying out home nursing intervention,it helps to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients after hip arthroplasty significantly,and this method can make their hip joint function score higher,meanwhile,the patients'daily life ability is stronger,the lower limb motor function is better,and it has a higher rate of excellent hip function.
