河北省节水农业发展现状与路径分析

摘　　要：水是宝贵财富和生命之源,也是农业生产的重要资源。节水高效农业是未来发展必然趋势。河北省通过节水作物品种培育、浅埋滴灌应用等多途径多类型节水技术和措施推广普及,提高了作物用水效率和质量,大幅度降低了用水总量,地下水位明显上升。但技术成熟度和渗透度、节水技术政策延续性和范围度、节水品种研发潜力和推广度等方面有待提高。从产学研支持、财政补贴支持等方面,提出了相应的对策和建议。Water is a precious wealth and source of life,as well as an important resource for agricultural pro-duction.Water saving and efficient agriculture is an inevitable trend for future development.Hebei Province has promoted and popularized various water-saving technologies and measures through various channels,such as cultivating water-saving crop varieties and applying shallow buried drip irrigation,which have improved the effi-ciency and quality of crop water use,significantly reduced the total amount of water used,and significantly in-creased the groundwater level.However,there is a need to improve the maturity and penetration of technology,the continuity and scope of water-saving technology policies,and the potential and promotion of water-saving variety research and development.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the as-pects of production,education and research support,financial subsidies support,etc.
