摘 要:为研究不同复合酶制剂添加到日粮饲料中对新生肉雏鸡营养物质代谢率、屠宰性能及肠道发育的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机设计,选择1日龄健康的罗斯肉鸡390只,随机分为5组,每组为6个重复,每13只鸡为一个重复,共计42 d试验。设3期日粮,其中对照组为基础日粮(代谢能依次为13.87、14.44、15.17 MJ·kg^(-1)),分别在试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组日粮中添加复合酶0.2 g·kg^(-1)。结果表明:与对照组相比,复合酶制剂均能显著提高肉鸡的营养代谢率,尤其是酶制剂Ⅳ组显著提高Ca、P、CP、DM、NDF和ADF的消化率;饲喂酶制剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组显著提高肉鸡的半净膛率、全净堂率、胸肌率和腿肌率,且酶制剂Ⅳ组效果最佳;饲喂酶制剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组显著提高新生肉雏鸡十二指肠和回肠的绒毛高度和绒腺比,降低隐窝深度,且酶制剂Ⅳ组效果最佳。结果说明,添加不同复合酶制剂均能改善肉鸡的营养代谢率和屠宰性能,促进肠道的生长发育,其中酶制剂Ⅳ组饲喂效果最佳,其次是酶制剂Ⅲ组。To examine how various enzyme complexes added to dietary feeds impact the metabolic rate of nutrients,slaughter performance,and intestinal development of newborn broiler chicks,an one-way completely randomized design was employed to select 390 healthy Ross broiler chicks at 1 day old to randomly divide into 5 groups,each with 6 replicates,and one replicate for every 13 chicks.The experiment lasted for a total of 42 days.The results indicated that all enzyme complexes had a positive impact on the nutritional metabolic rate of broilers when compared to the control group.Notably,the enzyme preparation group IV showed significant improvements in the digestibility of Ca,P,CP,DM,NDF,and ADF.Furthermore,the enzyme preparation groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣall demonstrated significant enhancements in the digestibility of Ca,P,CP,DM,NDF,and ADF,with the most effective results observed in the enzyme preparation groupⅣ.It suggested that incorporating various enzyme preparations could enhance the nutritional metabolism and slaughter performance of broilers,while also promoting the growth and development of their intestinal tract.Notably,the enzyme preparation groupⅣexhibited the most significant feeding effect,with the enzyme preparation groupⅢfollowing closely behind.
