摘  要:为了明确防风种子生物学特性及内源抑制物质,探究防风种子休眠的原因,以“小蒿子”防风种子为试验材料,测定种子的形态特征、透水性、种子活力及内源抑制物质的生物活性和种类。结果表明:防风种子千粒重为3.61 g,生活力为89.98%,种子吸水率高达100%,分离相水相对于白菜种子萌发以及幼根生长具有显著的抑制作用,其中水相Ⅰ抑制效果最强。防风种子抑制物质主要包括香豆素、对二氨基苯甲醛、桂皮醛、圣草酚以及石斛碱等。防风种子种皮透水性强,不存在吸水障碍,种子内存在萌发抑制物质是引起防风种子休眠的主要原因。In order to clarify the biological characteristics and endogenous inhibitory substances and explore the reasons for the dormancy of Saposhnikovia divaricata seeds,the morphological characteristics,water permeability,seed vigor,the biological activities and species of endogenous inhibitory substances of Saposhnikovia divaricata seeds were determined by using“Xiao Haozi”Saposhnikovia divaricata seeds as experimental materials.The results showed that the weight of 1000 seeds was 3.61 g and the percentage of viability was 89.98%.The water absorption of seeds was more than 100%and the separated phase water had a significant inhibitory effect on cabbage seed germination and young root growth,of which water phase I was the strongest.The inhibitory substances of Saposhnikovia divaricata seeds mainly included coumarin,4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde,cinnamaldehyde,eriodictyol and dendrobine.The seed coat of Saposhnikovia divaricata seed had strong water permeability,and there was no water absorption barrier.There were germination inhibitors in the seed,which was the main reason for the dormancy of Saposhnikovia divaricata seed.
