摘 要:随着高等教育的不断发展和改革,学生干部队伍的建设与管理成为学校管理与发展的重要内容。本文主要从高校学生干部的选拔任用结构、学生干部竞选动机及其自主服务意识三个方面阐述了当前高校学生干部队伍建设与管理存在的问题,并分析了加强高校学生干部队伍建设与管理的重要性和必要性。然后,从加强学生干部思想政治理论教育、建立健全学生干部选拔任用、考核机制和完善学生干部培养制度三方面提出了高校学生干部的建设与管理的有效路径,以期打造一支有理想、有担当、有本领的高质量学生干部队伍,为校园的和谐稳定和高校学生工作的有序推进做出积极贡献。With the continuous development and reform of higher education,the construction and management of student cadres have become an important part of school management and development.This study mainly analyzes the problems in the construction and management of the current university student cadre team from three aspects,namely,the selection and appointment structure of university student cadres,the motivation for student cadres to campaign,and the sense of autonomous service,and then analyzes the importance and necessity of strengthening the construction and management of university student cadres.On that basis,we propose three effective paths for the construction and management of university student cadres,such as strengthening the ideological and political theory education of student cadres,establishing and enhancing the selection and appointment mechanism,assessment mechanism,and improving the training system of student cadres.The aim is to create a high-quality student cadre team with ambition,responsibilities and abilities,which can make positive contributions to the harmonious and stable campus and the orderly promotion of university student work.
