摘　　要：目的 评价国产SA-120自动血型分析仪在ABO及Rh(D)血型鉴定中的临床应用价值。方法 采用国产SA-120自动血型仪及进口Ortho Vision Max自动血型分析仪分别对我院2022年4月至2022年9月间住院患者5 862例血型样本进行ABO及Rh(D)血型鉴定。比对两种仪器检测结果的一致性,对仪器判读失败的原因进行分析,并进行仪器性能及配套试剂间的比较。结果 两种血型仪检测ABO及Rh(D)血型结果的一次判读成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种血型仪在使用上各具优势。结论 SA-120自动血型仪能够准确有效地进行ABO及Rh(D)血型鉴定,特别适用于大批量样本的检测,但对于判读失败的结果仍应结合试管法进行鉴定。Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of domestic SA-120 automatic blood group analyzer in ABO and Rh(D)blood group identification.Methods ABO and Rh(D)blood group identification were performed by domestic SA-120 automatic blood group analyzer and imported Ortho Vision Max automatic blood group analyzer.Both systems were applied on 5,862 blood group samples of hospitalized patients in our hospital from April,2022 to September,2022.The consistency of the test results of the two instruments was compared,the reason of the interpretation failure of the instruments was analyzed,and the performance of the instruments and matching reagents were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of one-time interpretation of ABO and Rh(D)blood group between the two blood groups(P>0.05);The two types of blood group instrument showed their unique advantages in use.Conclusion SA-120 automatic blood group analyzer can accurately and effectively identify ABO and Rh(D)blood group,especially for the detection of large quantities of samples,but the test tube method should still be used to identify the results of interpretation failure.
