摘  要:目的利用高通量测序技术,分析母亲和新生儿真菌群落结构的相关性。方法选取25名孕妇及其新生儿,分别从母体口腔、羊水、胎盘和新生儿口腔采集样本,利用Illumina MiSeq平台进行高通量测序。结果4个组的优势菌门为子囊菌门和担子菌门,丰度最高的共有属为红酵母属(Rhodotorula)、Davidiella、Meyerozyma、马拉色菌属(Malassezia)和隐球菌属(Cryptococcus)。新生儿口腔真菌群落结构特征与母体真菌群落结构相似。结论提示新生儿口腔真菌定植发生在出生前。母体口腔真菌微生物可能通过胎盘到达羊水,最终定植于新生儿口腔。Objective The study was designed to identify the fungal diversity and to analyze the correlations of fungal community structure between mothers and neonates.Methods Twenty-five pregnant women and their neonates were recruited in this study,and the samples were collected from maternal oral cavity,amniotic fluid,placenta and neonatal0x0E䥺Symbol`@@0x0F oral cavity.High-throughput amplicon sequencing was performed using the Illumina MiSeq platform.Results The predominant0x0E䥺Symbol`@@0x0F phyla were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota,and the most frequently shared genera in five groups,including Rhodotorula,Davidiella,Meyerozyma,Malassezia and Cryptococcus.The structure of the neonatal oral fungal mycobiome is similar to that of the maternal mycobiome.Conclusions The neonatal oral fungal colonization occurs before birth,and the maternal oral fungi community may cross the placenta to reach the amniotic fluid and eventually colonized the neonatal oral cavity.
