摘 要:文章采用面板固定效应模型,基于中国274个地级市面板数据,探究数字金融发展与人力资本结构之间的关系及其作用机制。研究发现,数字金融发展能促进人力资本结构高级化,且对各级人力资本的影响方式为有效减少初级人力资本,增加中级与高级人力资本;数字金融通过带动居民收入增长、推动产业结构升级两种机制促进人力资本结构高级化;数字金融发展对人力资本结构的影响存在异质性,东部地区促进人力资本结构高级化效果更为明显。Based on the panel data of 274 prefecture-level cities in China,this paper uses the panel fixed effect model to explore the relationship and mechanism between the development of digital finance and the structure of human capital.It is found that the development of digital finance can advance the structure of human capital,and its impact on human capital at all levels is to effectively reduce primary human capital and increase middle and senior human capital.Digital finance can optimize the structure of human capital by promoting the increase of resident income and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.There is obvious heterogeneity in the impact of digital finance development on human capital structure,and the optimization effect is more obvious in the eastern region.
