全面抗战前后毛泽东山西战略的形成与实践

摘　　要：山西是华北地区的锁钥,在民国历史上是比较富庶的省份。中央红军结束长征,转战陕北,毛泽东等中共高层考虑扩展红军的发展空间,提出东进山西的战略,红军东征为此战略的展开拉开了序幕。这次东征虽以回师陕北告终,但基于东征过程中对山西的进一步了解,毛泽东对山西战略更是势在必行。抗战爆发后,毛泽东结合国内外形势变化,及时调整战略实现方式,将战略的中心目标由军事进取改变为推动抗日民族统一战线的形成,与阎锡山取得联合抗日共识。全面抗战爆发,毛泽东的山西战略逐步实现,游击战在华北战场上升到主体地位,共产党及其领导的八路军根据毛泽东的指示,将山西战略逐步付诸实践,进而开创了中国共产党敌后抗日及革命的广阔天地,为新民主主义革命胜利奠定了基础。山西战略的提出与实践,是马克思主义与中国实际结合的伟大结晶,也是中国共产党在探求民族独立与解放道路过程中的伟大创造。Shanxi is the key of north China,which is a relatively rich province in the history of the Republic of China.The Central Red Army ended the Long March and transferred to northern Shaanxi,Mao Zedong and other senior officials of the Communist Party of China considered the development space of the Red Army,put forward the strategy of eastward into Shanxi.The Red Army’s eastern expedition was a prelude to the development of this strategy.The expedition was not successful,but based on the further understanding of Shanxi in the process,Mao Zedong’s Shanxi strategy was more determined.In combination with the changes in the domestic and foreign situations,Mao Zedong changed the way of realizing the strategy in time,changed from military progress to promoting the Anti-Japanese National United Front,and reached a joint anti-Japanese consensus with Yan Xishan.After the comprehensive outbreak of the war,Mao zedong’s strategy of Shanxi gradually realize,guerrilla warfare in north China anti-Japanese battlefield rise to the principal position,according to Mao zedong’s instructions,the Communist Party and the leadership of the Eighth Route army completely put the Shanxi strategy into practice,and created the new situation behind the enemy lines,at the same time laid a foundation for the victory of the New-democratic revolution.The formation and practice of Shanxi strategy is the great combination of Marxism and China’s reality,and also the great creation of the Communist Party of China’s exploration of the road of national independence and liberation.
