摘  要:安钢3号烧结系统应用的烧结烟气内循环及环冷烟气全回收两个循环系统在国内属首创,烧结烟气循环量和循环参数对烧结矿产质量均有直接影响,而环冷机烟气循环量和循环参数则对烧结矿冷却效果亦有直接影响。两套系统与烧结主系统的配合操作暂无现成经验可借鉴。经技术人员研究及生产实践,实现了在烧结烟气内循环及环冷烟气全回收的基础上,保证烧结过程和烧结矿产质量稳定,创造了污染物减排和稳产提产的双重效益。The internal circulation of flue gas and the full recovery of annular cooling flue gas applied in the No.3 sintering system of Angang are the first two circulating systems in China.The circulating quantity and parameters of sintering flue gas have a direct impact on the quality of sinter minerals,while the circulating quantity and parameters of annular cooling machine have a direct impact on the cooling effect of sinter.There is no ready experience for the operation of the two systems and the main sintering system.After research,the technical personnel of Angang have realized the double benefits of reducing pollutant emission and improving production,on the basis of internal circulation of sintering flue gas and full recovery of ring cooling flue gas,ensuring the trend of sintering process and the stability of sintering mineral qualityt.
