摘 要:通过对烘炉、检漏、开炉料核算、布料设备测试、送风参数设定等开炉工作的充分准备,以及实施点火后快速引煤气、合理控制炉内参数等措施,实现了首次出铁渣铁热量充沛、流动性良好,直接投用撇渣器和水冲渣系统,为高炉加快开炉、风口增风量、降硅提煤奠定了基础。开炉40 h即实现了全风、全氧操作,开炉后第三天实现达产目标,利用系数达2.34 t/(m^(3).d),创8号高炉达产速度历史最好水平。Through the full preparation for running of the furnace such as baking the refractory mayerial,leak detection,furnace material accounting,cloth equipment test,air supply parameter setting,and the implementation of measures such as ignition after rapid gas,reasonable control of furnace parameters,realized the first iron slag iron heat abundant,good liquidity,direct putting-in-service skimming and water slag system,to speed up the blast furnace,tuyere air volume,drop silicon coal laid a foundation.The full wind and full oxygen operation were realized in 40 h after opening the furnace,and the production target was reached in the third day after the opening and the utilization coefficient reached 2.34 t/(m3.d),the production speed reached the best level in the history of No.8 blast furnace.
