摘  要:船舶分段涂装VOCs治理要求日益严苛,沸石转轮+RTO组合的新型高效治理措施无论是投资成本还是运行成本都很高。介绍一种2个涂装车间共同使用1套治理设施的节能设计方法,并可推广到多个车间共用,为船企分段涂装VOCs治理节约大量资金,并可在全行业推广。The requirements for the treatment of VOCs in the sub-painting of ships are becoming more and more stringent.The new and efficient treatment measures of zeolite runner+RTO combination are high in terms of investment cost and operating cost.A kind of treatment is introduced that two painting workshops use together.The energy-saving design method of the facilities can be extended to multiple workshops,saving a lot of money for the management of VOCs in the sub-painting of the ship enterprises,and can be promoted in the whole industry.
