摘　　要：通过船舶海试的故障,分析了艉轴管润滑的设计方式,艉轴管采用了单轴承和闭式水润滑改为闭式油润滑时轴系安装的过程,总结了这种类型推进系统安装时的注意事项,为今后类似的轴系安装提供参考依据。Through the failure of marine test,the design method of tail pipe lubrication is analyzed.The stern shaft tube is installed with single bearing and closed water lubrication to closed oil lubrication,and the points for attention in the installation of this type of propulsion system are summarized,which provide reference for similar shafting installation in the future.
