摘　　要：城市基层民主实践中存在去利益化、民主投票形式化和选举民主去问题化等问题。为解决这些问题,Q小区探索一种创新性的城市社区经济民主实践。社区经济民主以社会经济的共同利益为驱动力,建立健全的社区民主制度,为居民日常化参与社区治理提供平台和路径,将社区经济收益最大限度地在社区中分配,回应社区和居民的发展需求。居民基于日常化监管和参与社区事务的认知积累,通过业主大会的投票方式进行民主决策,实现人民民主的真正要义。社区经济民主实践带来了社区的善治,拓展了基层民主的实践渠道。There are some problems in the practice of urban grassroots democracy,such as“de-profiting”,formalization of democratic voting and“de-problemizing”of electoral democracy.In order to solve the above problems,Q Community ex⁃plores an innovative urban community economic democracy practice.Economic democracy is driven by the common interests of society and economy.The community establishes a sound community democracy system,provides a platform and path for resi⁃dents to participate in community governance on a daily basis,distributes community economic benefits to the maximum extent in the community,and responds to the development needs of the community and residents.Based on the regular supervision of and participation in community affairs,residents make democratic decisions through voting at residents meetings to realize the true es⁃sence of peoples democracy.The practice of economic democracy brings about good governance of the community and expands the practice channel of grassroots democracy.
