摘 要:从力学机制和承载特性阐明了水电站明钢管的计算模型和典型断面;利用解析法和有限元法对水电站明钢管4个典型断面进行应力计算,通过对比分析明钢管4个典型断面的应力,揭示了两种计算方法的异同以及明钢管各部位的受力机制;进一步研究了支承环和加劲环两个部位的应力特点,并分析讨论了支承环和加劲环尺寸对这两个部位的影响。结果表明,随着支承环与加劲环高度与厚度比例的增加,支承环与加劲环及其近旁管壁单元的Mises应力值逐渐减小,且水电站明钢管的支承环和加劲环处受力情况复杂,解析法得到的等效应力值比有限元法的大,存在一些不合理的地方,因此建议采用有限元法对水电站明钢管结构进行受力分析。The calculation models and typical sections of exposed penstocks in hydropower station are illustrated based on mechanical mechanism and the bearing characteristics.On the basis of the calculation models of ex-posed penstocks,stresses on four typical sections of exposed penstocks in hydropower station are analyzed by an-alytical and finite element methods.The similarities and differences between the two methods and the stress mechanism of the exposed penstocks are revealed according to contrastive analyzing stresses on the four typical sections of the exposed penstocks.The stress characteristics of the size of the supporting ring and stiffening ring are studied,and the influence of the supporting ring and stiffening ring on these two typical sections is analyzed and discussed.The results show that,with the increase of the ratio of height to thickness of supporting ring and stiffening ring,the Mises stress values of stiffening ring and supporting ring and their adjacent pipe wall ele-ments decrease gradually.Moreover,the stress of the supporting ring and stiffening ring of exposed penstocks in hydropower station is complex.Meanwhile,the equivalent stress values obtained by the analytical method are greater than the values obtained by the finite element method,and there are some unreasonable places.There-fore,it suggests that the finite element method should be used for the stress analysis of the exposed penstocks in hydropower station.
