摘 要:为弄清湖北省某蛋鸡场180日龄鸡群出现呼吸道症状和产蛋率下降的病原,采集病料进行病原的分离鉴定与药敏试验,用形态学观察方法和分子生物学方法对分离株进行了形态学观察和16S rRNA基因鉴定,并用鸡胚感染试验对分离株进行致病性试验。结果显示,病原分离鉴定结果仅滑液囊支原体阳性,镜检观察到典型的“煎蛋样”菌落;16S rRNA序列与已报道的滑液囊支原体的具有高度同源性;鸡胚感染试验显示,分离株导致鸡胚发育迟缓,胚体弱小,从弱小胚体内可再次分离出滑液囊支原体;药敏试验结果显示滑液囊支原体分离株对泰妙菌素、四环素和盐酸克林霉素敏感。结果表明,从产蛋下降的鸡群中成功分离到1株滑液囊支原体,为临床该病的防治提供了科学依据。In order to confirm the cause of respiratory symptoms and decreased egg production rate in a laying hen farm in Hubei province,the article isolated and cultured the pathogen from the diseased materials,and conducted morphological observations on the isolates using morphological observation methods and molecular biology methods and 16S rRNA gene identification,and the pathogenicity of the isolates was studied using chicken embryo infection test.The results showed that the pathogen isolation and identification results were only positive for Mycoplasma synoviae,and typical"Omelet-like"colonies were observed under microscope;the 16S rRNA sequence was highly homologous to the reported Mycoplasma synoviae;the drug susceptibility results showed that Mycoplasma synovialis was positive.Mycoplasma synoviae isolates are sensitive to tiamulin,tetracycline and clindamycin hydrochloride;chicken embryo infection tests show that the isolate causes delayed development of chicken embryos and weak embryo bodies.Mycoplasma synoviae can be isolated again from the weak embryos.This article successfully isolated a strain of Mycoplasma synoviae from chickens with reduced egg production,providing a theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of this disease.
