摘 要:表贴射频器件为无引脚器件,通常利用底部焊在PCB板上使用。在研发和生产过程中,当频率要求比较高的情况下,很难对其进行非焊接条件下的高精确度测试。提出了一种廉价、准确的测试方法,并通过HFSS仿真设计了一种以弹针为接触介质的测试方案。该测试方案射频通道的驻波典型值为1.15,插损小于0.6 dB,可以满足频率低于12 GHz的射频测试需求。同时该测试方案接触可靠且廉价,也可用于表贴器件的电老炼。Surface-mounted device(SMD)without pin is soldered on the PCB by its bottom pads.In the research and production process,when the frequency requirements are relatively high,it is difficult to test it accurately under non-welded conditions.By using the electromagnetic simulation software of HFSS,an inexpensive and accurate test method is presented with the probe as the contact me-dium.The insert loss is less than 0.6 dB and VSWR is 1.15,it can satisfy the RF(<12 GHz)performance.The test method is reliable and low-priced,it can also be used for electrical burn-in of SMD.
