摘  要:为进一步提高非隔离DC-DC变换器的增益,降低开关管的电压应力,提出了一种基于二次型Boost电路的新型三端口DC-DC变换器。该变换器可实现从输入侧向负载和电池的功率路径,同时满足能量从输入源和电池向负载的单级变换。此外,所提逆变器可根据输入电源功率和蓄电池状况调节占空比来调整最大输入功率和输出电压。同时,对所提出变换器进行小信号建模,并利用集成小信号模型的解耦网络设计了补偿器。最后,搭建了100 W的实验样机,其实验结果验证了所提出的变换器和控制方法的可行性和有效性。In order to further improve the gain of non isolated DC-DC converter and reduce the voltage stress of switch,a new three port DC-DC converter based on quadratic Boost converter is proposed.The converter can realize the power path from the input side to the load and battery,and meet the single-stage conversion of power from the input source and battery to the load at the same time.In addi-tion,the proposed inverter can adjust the maximum input power and output voltage by adjusting the duty cycle according to the input power and battery condition.The small signal analysis of the proposed converter is carried out,and the compensator is designed by using the decoupling network of integrated small signal model.Finally,an experimental prototype is built,and the experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed converter and control method.
