摘 要:提出一种采用一阶纵振和二阶弯振为工作模态的新型双足压电电机。以该驻波压电电机为研究对象,研究了具有两个驱动足的定动子之间的摩擦传动机理。基于能量法,考虑超声振动对摩擦因数的非线性影响和预压力接触变形,构建该双足压电电机的非线性摩擦接触模型和输出特性模型。在电机稳态状态下,分析了接触刚度、预压力等电机参数对其动态法向接触力和切向摩擦力的影响。搭建双足压电电机输出特性实验平台,对其进行实验测试,并与电机输出特性模型的仿真结果相对比,验证理论模型的有效性,为双足压电电机的性能评估与参数优化设计提供指导。A novel piezoelectric motor equipped with the binate driving feet is proposed,which uses the first longitudinal mode and the second bending mode.Taking the standing-wave piezoelectric motor as the research object,the contact friction mechanism is studied.Based on the energy method,the nonlinear contact model and output characteristic model of the piezoelectric motor are established con-sidering the friction-reducing effect of ultrasonic vibration.The influences of contact stiffness,pre-pressure and other motor parameters on dynamic normal contact force and tangential friction are analyzed at the steady state.The experimental system is established to test the performance of the piezoelectric motor prototype.The tested results are compared with the simulation results of the output character-istic model,to verify the validity of the theoretical model.It is believed that the proposed contact models is useful of the performance e-valuation and parameters’optimization of the binate feet piezoelectric motor.
