摘　　要：古代中国有着在世界上罕有可比的“荒政”制度、文献与赈灾实践经验,特别是明清荒政文献、民俗资源,为如何认识、应对和总结御灾策略,提供了宝贵资料。如何将灾害、御灾民俗资源最大限度地搜罗、审视,充分体现出民俗学的包容力。《明清灾害叙事、御灾策略及其民间信仰》体现了明清民俗信仰研究,与明清小说、野史笔记文献等多学科较大幅度的结合,具有超现象性意义、跨学科性探索、整体性审视、实践应用性强四个特点。该著还体现出将民俗记忆、小说野史与晚清报纸副刊告灾募捐图画同赈灾、民间自救互助书写结合,同时,把揭露赈灾不法现象及唤起中外人士多方赈灾的小说描写,综合总结,增大了应灾工程及相关民俗现象的理解深广度。Ancient China has a rare and comparable system,literature and practical experience of disaster relief,especially the literature and folklore resources of the Ming and Qing dynasties,which provide valuable information on how to recognize,cope with and summarize the strategies of disaster control.How to maximize the collection and examination of disaster and disaster relief folklore resources fully reflects the inclusive power of folklore studies.Ming and Qing Disaster Narratives,Disaster Prevention Strategies,and Their Folk Beliefs embodies a large-scale combination of Ming and Qing folk beliefs,novels,and unofficial history and notebooks,with four characteristics:super-phenomenal significance,interdisciplinary exploration,holistic scrutiny,and strong practical application.The literary work also embodies the combination of folk memory,novels and unofficial history with the late Qing newspaper supplements to inform the disaster fund-raising painting with disaster relief,folk self-help and mutual aid writing,at the same time,the revelation of disaster relief unlawful phenomena and the novels to arouse the Chinese and foreigners to multi-directional disaster relief depicted in a comprehensive summary,increasing the depth and breadth of the understanding of the disaster response project and the related folklore phenomena.
