摘 要:合理的采矿方法是保障软破难采矿体安全高效回采的关键。本文针对某地下铁矿破碎难采矿体,进行了采矿方法数值模拟优化研究。在岩体质量分级的基础上,基于Mathew稳定图表法,初步确定采场暴露面积的形状系数S,进一步获得采场允许暴露的宽度、高度、长度为10~16 m、15~30 m、20~30 m;然后按单矿房和双矿房开采等不同方案,采用FLAC3D对采场结构参数及回采顺序进行数值模拟优化研究,通过进行采场顶板位移对比分析、应力对比分析、塑性区对比分析等,结合井下实际,提出预控顶中深孔落矿分段充填采矿法的优化方案,采场结构参数为12 m×15 m×30 m。工程实践验证,回采过程中未出现塌方,回采率由85%提高至88%,采掘比由55.25 m/万t降至45.32 m/万t。A reasonable mining method is the key to ensure the safe and efficient mining of soft breaking and difficult mining bodies.In this paper,the numerical simulation and optimization of mining methods are carried out for the crushing refractory ore body of an underground iron mine.Based on rock mass quality classification,based on the Mathew stability chart method,the shape coefficient S of the stope exposed area was preliminarily determined,and the width,height and length of the stope were further obtained as 10~16 m,15~30 m and 20~30 m,respectively.Combined with the actual situation of the underground,the optimization scheme of the pre-controlled top,deep hole falling ore falling sectional filling mining method is proposed,and the stope structure parameters are 12 m×15 m×30 m.Engineering practice verifies that there is no collapse during the mining process,the recovery rate increases from 85%to 88%,and the mining ratio decreases from 55.25 m/10,000 t to 45.32 m/10,000 t.
