摘  要:为了在保障铁水产量与质量的基础上兼顾铁水成本,营口中板在突破终渣Al2O3含量15%~16%限制的条件下,进行了高MgO烧结矿生产实践和高炉冶炼。通过优化配矿结构,将2#、3#烧结机高碱烧结矿中MgO含量提升至3.4%、SiO2含量提升至5.8%,碱度稳定率提高了0.7%,亚铁稳定率提高了1.1%,烧结矿FeO含量降低了0.7%,烧结矿中5~10 mm粒度占比达到19.66%,利用系数达到1.47,燃耗达到53.12 kg/t,烧结矿质量稳定,生产指标良好。将该烧结矿作为炼铁原料加入高炉1区,通过改善造渣制度,保持四元碱度在1.0~1.05,同时提升镁铝比至0.75以上;保持物理热不低于1480℃,推进低硅冶炼,降低硅偏差;炉腰焦层厚度增加6.8 mm,高炉渣相流动性得到改善,炉况稳定顺行,实现了在入炉品位不足55%的条件下,燃料比达到540.93 kg/t、折后燃料比达到523.5 kg/t的目标。In order to take into account the cost of molten iron on the basis of ensuring the output and quality of molten iron,Yingkou Medium Plate Institute carried out the production practice of high MgO sinter and blast furnace smelting under the condition of breaking through the limit of 15%~16%of final slag Al_2O_3 content.By optimizing the ore blending structure,the MgO content in the high-alkali sinter of the 2#and 3#sintering machines was increased to 3.4%,the SiO_2 content was increased to 5.8%,the alkalinity stability rate was increased by 0.7%,the ferrous stability rate was increased by 1.1%,the FeO content of the sinter was reduced by 0.7%,the proportion of 5~10 mm particle size in the sinter reached 19.66%,the utilization coefficient reached 1.47,the fuel consumption reached 53.12 kg/t,the sinter quality was stable,and the production index was good.The sinter was added to blast furnace zone 1 as a raw material for ironmaking,and the quaternary alkalinity was maintained at 1.0~1.05 by improving the slag making system,and the magnesium-aluminum ratio was increased to more than 0.75,the physical heat was kept not lower than 1480℃,and the low silicon smelting was promoted to reduce the silicon deviation;the thickness of the coke layer in the furnace waist was increased by 6.8 mm,the phase fluidity of the blast furnace slag was improved,and the furnace condition was stable and prograde,and the fuel ratio reached 540.93 kg/t and the fuel ratio after folding reached 523.5kg/t under the condition that the reentry furnace grade was less than 55%.
