摘 要:金属液的凝固是金属材料制备成形中的一个重要阶段,电磁场因独特的热效应和力学效应,被广泛应用于凝固过程中。电磁场可以调控凝固过程中的流动、传热和凝固,达到细化凝固组织、提高凝固组织的均匀性和致密性、并增加等轴晶比例的作用。综述了近年来国内外采用电磁冶金技术控制金属凝固过程的研究成果和进展,简要概述了强磁场调控凝固过程的作用机理。在此基础上,结合国内外冶金学者对凝固过程中耦合电磁场的研究方法和方向,对强磁场、脉冲磁致振荡和电磁搅拌在凝固过程中的应用现状以及面临的问题进行了探讨,并对电磁冶金技术当前存在的问题和未来发展趋势进行了展望。The solidification of molten metal is an important stage in the preparation and forming of metal materials.Electromagnetic fields are widely used in the solidification process due to their unique thermal and mechanical effects.Electromagnetic fields can regulate the flow,heat transfer and solidification during the solidification process,achieving the refinement of the solidification structure,improving the uniformity and density of the solidification structure,and increasing the proportion of equiaxed grains.This article summarizes the research achievements and progress in controlling metal solidification process using electromagnetic metallurgy technology both domestically and internationally in recent years,and briefly outlines the mechanism of strong magnetic field controlling solidification process.On this basis,combined with the research methods and directions of coupling electromagnetic field in solidification process by domestic and foreign metallurgical scholars,the application status and problems of strong magnetic field,pulsed magnetic oscillation and electromagnetic stirring in solidification process are discussed,and the current problems and future development trends of electromagnetic metallurgy technology are prospected.
