摘 要:在变形温度为900~1100℃应变速率为0.1~10 s^(-1)及变形量为60%的条件下,采用热压缩模拟机对20CrMoH钢进行热压缩试验,研究其热变形行为,并建立基于应变补偿Arrhenius模型的本构方程和基于动态材料模型的热加工图。结果表明:在同一应变速率下,变形温度升高100℃,20CrMoH钢的流动应力降低约40 MPa;建立的考虑应变补偿的本构方程具有较好的预测能力,流变应力预测值与试验值的相关系数为0.9853;20CrMoH钢在温度范围为1000~1100℃,应变速率2~10 s^(-1)以及温度范围为950~1000℃,应变速率0.1~0.3 s^(-1)区域内变形会发生失稳;20CrMoH钢推荐的热加工最佳工艺条件为:温度为1050~1100℃,应变速率为0.7~3 s^(-1)。Hot compression tests of 20CrMoH steel were carried out by using a hot compression simulator at the conditions of deformation temperature of 900-1100℃,strain rate of 0.1-10 s^(-1) and deformation amount of 60%,its hot deformation behavior was studied,and the constitutive equation based on strain compensated Arrhenius model and the hot processing map based on dynamic material model were established.The results show that at the same strain rate,an increase of 100℃in deformation temperature results in a decrease of about 40 MPa in the flow stress of the 20CrMoH steel.The established constitutive equation considering strain compensation has good prediction ability,and the correlation coefficient between the predicted and experimental values of flow stress is 0.9853.The 20CrMoH steel will experience instability during deformation at 1000-1100℃in a strain rate range of 2-10 s^(-1),and at 950-1000℃in a strain rate range of 0.1-0.3 s^(-1).The optimum hot working process conditions recommended for the 20CrMoH steel are:temperature of 1050-1100℃,strain rate of 0.7-3 s^(-1).
