摘　　要：党的二十大报告就推进规范收入分配秩序、规范财富积累机制提出一系列改革任务。要完成相应的改革任务,必须紧紧抓住人民最关心最直接最现实的利益问题。其中最为重要的是,必须坚持社会主义基本经济制度包括收入分配制度不动摇,坚持多种所有制并存,并进一步规范劳动积累和资本积累机制,这是保障人民利益的制度基础;必须全面落实三次分配制度体系,规范运用三次分配的激励作用与公平功能,这是保障人民利益的关键举措;必须全力消除机会不平等,缩小二元体制等造成的机会差异,为规范收入分配秩序和规范财富积累机制奠定基础,下大力气消除城乡差别,推动全体人民共同富裕。The report of the 20th CPC National Congress put forward a series of tasks with regards to keeping income distribution and the means of accumulating wealth wellregulated.This paper holds that we must keep making efforts to resolve the most practical problems that are of the greatest and most direct concern to the people,so that people can lead a good life.Most important of all,we must unswervingly uphold the socialist economic system,including the income distribution system,keep the coexistence of multiple forms of distribution,and keep income distribution and the means of accumulating wealth well-regulated.This is the institutional basis for protecting the people's interests.We will build an institutional framework under which primary,secondary,and tertiary distribution are well coordinated and mutually complementary.We must make every effort to eliminate inequality of opportunities and reduce the difference in opportunities caused by the urban-rural dual system,make great efforts to integrate Urban-Rural Development and promote common prosperity for all.
