摘  要:采用综合热分析-质谱联用系统对过氧丁二酸的DSC,TG,DTG曲线进行测定,通过过氧丁二酸的DSC放热曲线得到熔化温度及熔化焓;结合ε-己内酯的工艺生产条件,使用静态法在0~50℃下测定了过氧丁二酸在乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、乙腈和丙酸乙酯4种溶剂中的固液平衡数据;采用λh,NRTL,Apelblat模型分别对过氧丁二酸在4种溶剂中的溶解度(n(溶质)∶n(溶剂))进行模拟,并将实验数据与模拟数据进行关联及工业化设计。实验结果表明,过氧丁二酸在80℃下不会分解;在4种溶剂中的溶解度差别较大,在丙酸乙酯和乙酸乙酯溶剂中溶解度较高;采用λh,NRTL,Apelblat模型得到实验值与模拟值的最大平均相对误差分别为3.36%,2.67%,2.88%,数据一致性良好、模型可靠,3种模型均可用于过氧丁二酸溶解度的测定。The DSC,TG,DTG curves of peroxysuccinic acid were determined by comprehensive thermal analysis-mass spectrometry,and the melting temperature and melting enthalpy were obtained by the DSC exothermic curve of peroxysuccinic acid.The solid-liquid equilibrium data of peroxysuccinic acid in four solvents,namely,butyl acetate,ethyl acetate,acetonitrile and ethyl propionate,were determined by static method at 0-50℃in conjunction with the process conditions forε-caprolactone production.The solubilities(n(solute)∶n(solvent))of peroxysuccinic acid in the four solvents were simulated usingλh,NRTL,and Apelblat models,respectively,and the experimental data were correlated with the simulated data and designed for industrialization.The experimental results show that,peroxysuccinic acid will not decompose at 80℃.Its solubility in the four solvents differes greatly,and the higher solubility is that in ethyl propionate and ethyl acetate.The maximum average relative error between the experimental values and simulated values obtained by using the models ofλh,NRTL,and Apelblat is 3.36%,2.67%,2.88%,respectively,and the data consistency is good and the models are reliable,and the three models can be used for determining the solubility of peroxysuccinic acid.
