摘 要:对22个不同石油沥青试样在0~180℃范围内的温度与密度的关系进行了研究,通过密度、密度倒数及密度对数与温度间的线性方程建立了体积修正系数数学模型,并将这些数学模型计算得到的体积修正系数与ASTM D4311/D4311-15查表得到的体积修正系数及实测体积修正系数进行对比。研究结果表明,在已知温度与密度关系的前提下,采用密度的倒数与温度的线性方程建立的数学模型计算体积修正系数最准确,ASTM D4311/D4311-15法误差最大。在石油沥青密度的对数与温度关系的基础上,建立了只与实测温度和基准温度相关的体积修正系数数学模型,该模型比ASTM D4311/D4311-15中的数学模型更简单、更准确、更合理。The correlations between temperature and density of 22 petroleum asphalt samples in the range of 0-180℃were studied.A mathematical model for volume correction factor was established by using linear equations between density,reciprocal of density,logarithm of density and temperature.The volume correction factors calculated by these mathematical models were compared with the volume correction factors obtained by looking up tables in ASTM D4311/D4311-15 and the measured volume correction factors.It is found that under the premise of knowing the relationship between temperature and density,the mathematical model established by using the linear equation between the reciprocal of density and temperature is the most accurate in calculating the volume correction factor,and the ASTM D4311/D4311-15 method has the largest error.On the basis of the relationship between the logarithm of density of petroleum asphalt and temperature,a mathematical model related only to the measured temperature and the reference temperature is established.This model is simpler,more accurate and more reasonable than the mathematical model in ASTM D4311/D4311-15.
