摘  要:高流动高抗冲聚丙烯(hiPP)具有高熔体流动速率、优异的抗冲击性能,以及良好的刚性,适用于家电部件、办公用品和汽车内外饰件等领域,且需求量较大。研究了三种国产高流动hiPP树脂的结晶特性、动态热机械性能、流变性能、相结构和力学性能。实验结果表明,hiPP-1的橡胶相含量最高,分子量分布宽,含有可结晶乙烯链段,低温冲击性能最佳,但模量较低,熔体流动性相对较低;hiPP-3的M_(w)最小,它的橡胶相玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))最高,橡胶相均匀分散且相畴尺寸较小,但低温冲击韧性最低;hiPP-2的橡胶相T_(g)最低,在保持较高熔体流动速率的同时又获得了最佳的刚性和冲击韧性平衡。High-impact polypropylene(hiPP)with high-fluidity has high melting flow rate and outstanding impact resistance while maintaining good rigidity.It is suitable for household appliances,office supplies,automotive interior and exterior parts,etc.,and has a large demand.Three domestic high-fluidity hiPP resins were selected and their crystallization behavior,dynamic thermomechanical properties,rheological properties,phase structure,and mechanical properties were investigated.The experimental results reveal that hiPP-1 has the highest rubber content,broad molecular weight distribution,and contains crystallizable ethylene segments,resulting in the best low-temperature impact resistance but relatively lower modulus and meltfluidity.hiPP-3 exhibits the smallest M_(w),and the highest glass transition temperature(T_(g))of rubber phase,the rubber is uniformly dispersed and the phase domain size is small,but the low-temperature impact toughness is the lowest.hiPP-2 exhibits the lowest T_(g) of rubber phase,maintaining a high meltingflow rate while obtaining the best balance of rigidity and impact toughness.
