摘 要:在1,3-丁二烯的生产过程中,存在高浓度1,3-丁二烯聚合导致装置停工的问题,还有高浓度的丙炔、丙二烯、1-丁炔及乙烯基乙炔等不饱和烃类物料采出,这些高度不饱和烃类存在爆炸风险。从丙炔和碳四炔烃的排放安全性及1,3-丁二烯产品竞争力方面,对前置丙炔塔N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)法1,3-丁二烯抽提装置和传统NMP法1,3-丁二烯抽提装置进行了对比。结果表明,与传统NMP法1,3-丁二烯抽提装置相比,前置丙炔塔NMP法1,3-丁二烯抽提装置排放的丙炔物料中丙炔浓度更低,安全性更高;碳四炔烃的排放是气相稀释和液相稀释结合的方式,工艺设计更合理、安全性更高;由于丙炔塔前置的特点,在装置中未加入对叔丁基邻苯二酚/甲苯阻聚剂,使1,3-丁二烯产品中没有甲苯杂质,对下游装置更友好,提高了1,3-丁二烯产品的竞争力。In the production process of 1,3-butadiene,not only the polymerization of 1,3-butadiene in high concentration leads to plant shutdown,but also the production of unsaturated hydrocarbon materials such as propyne,propadiene,ethyl acetylene and vinyl acetylene,which are at risk of explosion.In terms of the emission safety of propyne and C4 alkyne and the competitiveness of 1,3-butadiene products,the 1,3-butadiene extraction unit using N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP)with propyne pre-distillation and the traditional butadiene extraction unit using NMP were compared.The results show that compared with the traditional 1,3-butadiene extraction unit using NMP,the 1,3-butadiene extraction unit using NMP with propyne pre-distillation emits lower concentration of propyne in the propyne material and has higher safety.The emission of C4 alkynes is a combination of gas phase dilution and liquid phase dilution,and the process design is more reasonable and safer.Due to the characteristics of the propyne pre-distillation tower,p-tert-butylcatechol/toluene inhibitor is not added to the unit,so that there is no toluene impurity in the 1,3-butadiene product,which is more friendly to the downstream device and improves the competitiveness of the 1,3-butadiene product.
