摘　　要：总住院医师是住院医师向主治医师过渡的重要阶段。其培训目标是独立完成心血管病专科的基本操作和临床工作,具备对住院医师的教学实践活动能力。为切实提高总住院医师的临床和教学能力,西安交通大学第一附属医院心血管内科制定了严格的培训体系和制度,从院级、科室、病区三个层面对总住院医师临床、教学能力进行培训,并总结培训过程中的经验和不足。结果显示,综合培训体系能够显著提高心内科总住院医师的综合能力,有效夯实各项心内科的专科临床技能,充分发挥其在处理复杂临床一线医疗实践中的带头作用和住院医师的带教工作,并为其向心内科主治医师的过渡打下良好基础,值得在同类培训中进一步推广应用。The chief resident is an important stage of the transition from resident to attending doctor.The training objective is to independently complete the basic operation and clinical work of cardiovascular disease specialty,and have the ability of teaching and practical activities for residents.This paper focuses on the system and content of the clinical and teaching ability training of the general resident of the Department of cardiovascular medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University,expounds the construction and maintenance of the training system of the clinical and teaching ability of the general resident at the hospital level,department level and ward level,and summarizes the experience and shortcomings in the training process,in order to promote the training mode of the general resident of cardiovascular medicine.The results show that the comprehensive training system can significantly improve the comprehensive abilities of chief resident physicians in cardiology,effectively consolidate the specialized clinical skills of various cardiology departments,fully leverage their leading role in handling complex frontline medical practices and the guidance work of resident physicians,and lay a good foundation for their transition to attending physicians in cardiology.This training system provide reference for improving the training level of general residents.
