摘　　要：目的:探讨科普微视频健康教育在老年恶性肿瘤患者健康素质中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9月至2023年2月于某三甲综合类医院肿瘤科住院的80名老年恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序将其分成对照组和观察组,各40名。对照组接受恶性肿瘤患者常规护理;观察组在此基础上开展基于科普微视频健康教育的干预。干预3个月后分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、EORTC生活质量测定量表,进行两组间比较。结果:观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分均高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年恶性肿瘤患者实施科普微视频健康教育的护理干预,可有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁的负性情绪,调整心理状态,从而改善患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of popular science micro-video health education in the health quality of elderly patients with malignant tumors.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with malignant tumors who were hospitalized in the oncology department of a Grade-III general hospital in Henan Province from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing of malignant tumor patients;On this basis,the observation group carried out health education intervention based on popular science micro-video.After 3 months of intervention,self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and EORTC quality of life scale were used respectively,and the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the scores of life quality were higher than those before intervention and in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention of popular science micro-video health education for elderly patients with malignant tumors can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of anxiety and depression,adjust the psychological state,and improve the quality of life of patients.
