摘 要:目的:了解浦东新区人民医院肋骨骨折的危险因素和流行病学特点。方法:采用横断面研究方法,收集2019年1月~2021年12月因肋骨骨折入院治疗患者909例,分析肋骨骨折的流行病学特征(如季节分布、时间分布、致伤原因以及转变趋势)。结果:909例肋骨骨折患者中,以夏秋季入院人数最多,冬季最少;不同年份患者中,以上海户籍人群最多,但外来务工患者呈上升趋势。不同年份患者年龄均以41~60岁为主,其次是61~80岁,最低的是>80岁组;每年不同年龄段的入院趋势基本一致。患者致伤原因主要是工作中损伤,其次是交通性损伤,但工作中事故的构成比逐年下降。结论:肋骨骨折在41~60岁工作人群中发生率最高,致伤原因以工作中损伤和交通性损伤为主。Objective:The aim of the study was to assess the risk factors and epidemiological characteristics of rib fractures in the People's Hospital of Pudong New Area,Shanghai.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted to collect 909 patients admitted for treatment of rib fractures from January 2019 to December 2021.The epidemiological characteristics,such as seasonal distribution,time distribution,causes of injury,and changing trends of rib fractures were analyzed.Results:Among the 909 patients with rib fractures,the highest number of admissions occurred in summer and autumn,while the lowest number occurred in winter;among the patients in different years,those with registered residence in Shanghai are the most,but the number of migrant workers is on the rise.The age of patients in different years is mainly between 41~60 years old,followed by 61~80 years old,and the lowest is in the>80 year old group.The trend of admission for different age groups is basically consistent every year.The main cause of injury for patients is work-related injuries,followed by traffic injuries,but the proportion of work-related accidents is decreasing year by year.Conclusion:Rib fractures have the highest incidence among workers aged 41~60 years old,with injuries mainly caused by work related injuries and traffic related injuries.This indicates that strengthening labor protection and traffic safety management for key populations is of great significance for chest injuries.
