摘  要:“双碳”目标下煤炭仍然发挥着战略资源的重要作用,但当前诸多矿区村庄下压煤量大,限制部分矿井采煤工作。以大社矿921103工作面为对象,分析了工作面开展覆岩离层注浆技术的可行性,计算出921103工作面导水裂隙带高度,并结合矿井实际情况确定了工作面离层注浆层位。研究并确定了工作面钻孔间距、钻孔结构以及注浆压力。根据921103工作面地质情况,在断层影响下对钻孔进行了优化设计,最终注浆量达19.87万t,注采比45.8%。地表变形监测结果表明,最大下沉值811 mm,平均下沉值331 mm,减沉效果显著,经济效益明显。Under the"dual carbon"goal,coal still plays an important role as a strategic resource,but currently,many villages have a large amount of coal,which limits the coal mining work of some mines.This article takes the 921103 working face of Dashe Mine as the object,analyzes the feasibility of carrying out overlying rock separation grouting engineering in the working face,calculates the height of the water conducting fracture zone in the 921103 working face,and determines the separation grouting layer in the working face based on the actual situation of the mine.Studied and determined the drilling spacing,drilling structure,and grouting pressure of the working face.Based on the geological conditions of the 921103 working face,the drilling was optimized under the influence of faults,and the final grouting amount reached 198700 tons,with a ratio of grouting amount to coal mining amount of 45.8%.The monitoring results of surface deformation show that the maximum subsidence value is 811mm,and the average subsidence value is 331mm.The effect of reducing subsidence is significant,and the economic benefits are obvious.
