摘 要:本研究旨在深入探讨高密度等静压石墨的制备与微观结构表征,详细介绍石墨等静压制备的工艺流程。同时,阐述了石墨等静压制备的微观结构表征方法。在实验结果与讨论部分,通过对所得数据的分析,揭示了不同工艺参数对高密度等静压石墨的微观结构具有显著影响,得出结论:在高密度等静压石墨制备中,优化原料预处理、调整加工参数,能够有针对性地控制微观结构,显著提升孔隙度、改善晶体排列,从而改良石墨的物理性能,为其广泛应用提供了科学依据。This study aims to explore in depth the preparation and microstructure characterization of high-density isostatic pressing graphite,by providing a detailed introduction to the process flow of graphite isostatic pressing preparation.Meanwhile,the microstructure characterization method of graphite prepared by isostatic pressing was elaborated.In the experimental results and discussion section,through the analysis of the obtained data,it was revealed that different process parameters have a significant impact on the microstructure of high-density isostatic pressing graphite.The conclusion was drawn that in the preparation of high-density isostatic pressing graphite,optimizing raw material pretreatment and adjusting processing parameters can effectively control the microstructure,significantly increase porosity,improve crystal arrangement,and thus improve the physical properties of graphite,provided scientific basis for its widespread application.
