摘 要:国内L气田经过长期开发,储层压力系数衰竭严重,且地层破裂压力低,密度窗口窄,储层钻开液的封堵性能不足导致井壁失稳及井漏频发,采用大位移水平井的开发模式,对钻井液的井眼清洁能力及润滑性提出了更高的挑战。针对现场存在的问题,储层井段对前期使用EZFLOW钻开液进行优化,依据DRILL BENCH携岩模拟软件确定了钻井液的流变参数,按照D_(90)规则优选了暂堵剂显著提高了钻开液的高承压封堵性能,优化润滑剂加量显著降低扭矩摩阻,优化后的钻开液体系具有良好的返排性能,渗透率恢复值在90%以上,为国内衰竭型大位移水平井开发提供借鉴。After long-term development,reservoir pressure coefficient of L field is severe failure,and it has the characteristic with low formation fracture pressure and narrow density window.The lack of plugging performance of drill-in fluid results in borehole wall instability and well loss frequently.The L gas field adopts the development mode of extended reach horizontal well,which poses a higher challenge to the borehole cleaning ability and lubricity of drill-in fluid.This paper focus on the problems and optimizes EZFLOW drill-in fluid,the rheological parameters were determined by the DRILL BENCH rock carrying simulation software;The temporary plugging agent was optimized according to the D_(90) rule to significantly improve the plugging performance of the drilling fluid under high pressure.The optimized drilling fluid system has good flowback performance and permeability recovery value,which is more than 90%.The optimized EZFLOW drill-in fluid system provides a reference for the development of other depleted extended reach horizontal wells in China.
