摘　　要：高分子材料综合性实验是培养学生动手能力和创新思维能力的课程。本文设计了水性环氧树脂涂料的研制实验,用于高分子材料与工程专业综合性实验课程教学中,引导学生合作完成文献的查阅与总结、实验方案设计与汇报、水性环氧涂料产品的制备及其涂层性能检测和实验总结。通过本实验使学生了解水性环氧涂料的前沿研究和基本原理,培养学生团队协作能力、实践动手能力、创新思维能力和总结汇报能力,提高学生综合素质。The comprehensive experiment of polymer materials is a course to cultivate students’practical ability and innovation ability.The paper describes the design of experiment on waterborne epoxy resin coatings,which is applied in the comprehensive experimental course teaching of Polymer Materials and Engineering specialty.Guide students to collaborate on literature review,experimental design and reporting,preparation and characterization of waterborne epoxy coatings,and experimental summaries.Through this experiment,students can understand the frontier research and basic principles of waterborne epoxy coatings,foster students’team cooperation ability,manipulative ability,innovation thinking ability,summarising and reporting ability,and improve students’comprehensive quality.
