摘  要:稠油油藏具有储层非均质性严重、原油黏度变化大、开采难度高的特点。针对稠油油藏开发存在高成本低回报、原油流动性差、能源消耗大、含水率高的问题,研究设计了连续相液压抽油机。通过在稠油区块中的应用,显示该连续相液压抽油机对稠油开发具有明显优势。能够有效解决传统游梁式抽油机稠油开采高能耗、调参困难等问题,有效控制稠油开采过程的原油含水率,具有良好的推广应用价值。Heavy oil reservoirs have the characteristics of severe reservoir heterogeneity,significant changes in crude oil viscosity,and high difficulty in recovery.In response to the problems of high cost and low return,poor crude oil fluidity,high energy consumption,and high water content in the development of heavy oil reservoirs,a continuous phase hydraulic pumping unit was studied and designed.The application in heavy oil blocks shows that the continuous phase hydraulic pumping unit has obvious advantages in heavy oil development.It can effectively solve the problems of high energy consumption and difficult parameter adjustment in traditional beam pumping unit heavy oil extraction,effectively control the crude oil water content in the heavy oil extraction process,and has good promotion and application value.
