摘 要:电机控制器关键结构的连接大多采用螺栓作为紧固件,而连接部位是整体结构的薄弱部位,在振动工况中连接结构容易发生应力集中、疲劳断裂等问题。因此螺栓连接在电机控制器中尤为重要,螺栓连接疲劳破坏会影响设备整体的可靠性。针对这一需求,基于高斯分布和Miner线性累计损伤理论,根据Steinberg提出的三区间法利用应力幅值计算螺栓结构疲劳寿命,对电机控制器螺栓连接结构进行了随机振动疲劳分析,发现原有结构疲劳寿命不能满足需求,通过Workbench仿真计算验证了该方法对螺栓结构随机振动疲劳寿命计算的可行性。对原有结构进行改进,减小了螺栓长径比,通过Steinberg提出的三区间法与仿真计算,得出改进后的结构疲劳寿命提高了1011倍,并通过试验对结构改进的可行性进行了验证。Most of the key structures of the motor controller are connected by bolts,and the connecting structure is the weak part of the whole structure.In the vibration condition,the connecting structure is prone to stress concentration,fatigue fracture and other problems.Therefore,connecting structure are particularly important in the motor controller.The fatigue failure of bolt connection will affect the overall reliability of the equipment.In order to meet this demand,the random vibration fatigue analysis of the bolt connection structure of the motor controller is carried out.it the three interval method based on Gaussian distribution and Miner linear cumulative damage theory proposed by Steinberg is used to calculate the fatigue life of the bolt structure according to the stress amplitude.It is found that the fatigue life of the original structure can not meet the requirements.The simulation results of workbench show that the proposed method is feasible to calculate the fatigue life of the structure under random vibration.
