摘 要:这里选取旋转直径为2m的垂直轴风力机叶片为研究对象,该研究对象为参考某1000W垂直轴风力机叶片,叶片翼型为NACA0021,采用数值模拟计算与实验相互验证的方法。对垂直轴风力机叶片进行实验位移测试分析,并使用ANSYS Workbench对叶片进行流固耦合分析,调用系统耦合器实现数据的相互传递,完成对叶片的双向耦合计算。研究风力机叶片在不同工况下的位移、应力应变。研究结果表明:风载使叶片产生变形,且沿叶片展向有较大幅度的位移;随着风速的增加,叶片位移增加明显。叶片来流方向压力大于背流方向压力,沿叶片展向叶片位移变形曲线上下波动。A vertical axis wind turbine blade with rotation diameter of 2m is selected as the research object.The research object is a 1000W vertical axis wind turbine blade with NACA0021 airfoil.The numerical simulation and experiment are used to verify each other.Analysis vertical axis wind turbine blade with experimental displacement test and the fluid structure coupling analysis of the blade is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.The system coupler is called to realize the mutual transmission of data,and the bidirectional coupling calculation of the blade is completed.The displacement,stress and strain of wind turbine blade under different working conditions are studied.The results show that the wind load makes the blade deformation and there is a large dis-placement along the blade spanwise.With the increase of wind speed,the blade displacement increases significantly.The pressure in the upstream direction is greater than that in the downstream direction and the displacement and deformation curve fluctuates up and down along the spanwise direction.
