摘 要:龙王庄煤矿1206皮带顺槽采用综掘方式掘进,掘进区域内存在二1煤层厚度变化带,导致巷道掘进面临较大的瓦斯防治压力。结合1206皮带顺槽现场情况,为防止皮带顺槽在煤厚变化带掘进期间瓦斯超限及其他瓦斯事故的发生,通过采用区域预测、深孔抽采、连续区域验证、浅孔抽采等多措并举的方式综合防治瓦斯,保证掘进工作面安全施工。现场应用后,1206皮带顺槽掘进巷道保持安全高效掘进,其间未出现瓦斯异常涌出、瓦斯突出等征兆,取得了较好的瓦斯防治效果。The 1206 belt gateway of Longwangzhuang Coal Mine is excavated using a fully mechanized excavation method,and there is a thickness variation zone of the No.Ⅱ1 coal seam in the excavation area,which leads to significant gas prevention and control pressure in the roadway excavation.Based on the on-site situation of the 1206 belt gateway,in order to prevent gas exceeding the limit and other gas accidents during the excavation of the belt gateway in the coal thickness change zone,a comprehensive prevention and control of gas was carried out by adopting multiple measures such as regional prediction,deep hole extraction,continuous area verification,and shallow hole extraction,ensuring the safe construction of the excavation face.After on-site application,the 1206 belt gateway maintained safe and efficient excavation of the roadway,without any signs of abnormal gas emission or gas outburst,achieving good gas prevention and control effects.
