摘 要:煤矿井下生产过程中会产生大量粉尘,不仅对作业环境、机电设备造成严重影响,也时刻威胁着井下安全生产和作业人员身体健康。结合煤矿综掘工作面粉尘的产生机理及运动规律,探讨了多层级综合防尘措施在成庄矿井下综掘工作面的实际应用。综合防尘措施的应用,对综掘工作面粉尘形成了有效拦截,进一步提升了降尘率,既优化了工作面的作业环境,又保障了安全生产。A large amount of dust will be produced in the production process of underground coal mines.Dust not only has a serious impact on the working environment and electromechanical equipment,but also threatens the safety of underground production and the health of operators.Combined with the dust generation mechanism and movement state in fully-mechanized excavation face of coal mine,the practical application of multi-level comprehensive dust prevention measures implemented in underground fully-mechanized excavation face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine was discussed.The application of comprehensive dust prevention measures effectively intercepts the dust of the working face,further improves the dust removal rate,and not only creates the working environment of the working face,but also guarantees the safety in production.
